What We Do:

DaltonCondos.com provides an online ad for your For Sale By Owner condo which can help attract buyers and increase your properties visibility.  Your online add will feature a picture of your condo that you select that will then be linked to a personal page for your condo that we will create with your help.  Your personal page will contain pictures that you provide that show the best features of your house.  Below each picture will be a brief description of that room or feature.  You will also have a personal contact button that potential buyers can click in order to setup a time to see your property or ask additional questions.  We also encourage you to provide additional information about your condo association such as dues and amenities.  You will be provided a web address that you can use in flyers or on signs to direct buyers to your ad.

What We Don't Do:

At no time will DaltonCondos.com assist in the negotiation of the sale of your property or legal closing of your property.  All negotiations are directly between buyer and seller and will not and cannot involve any employee of this website.  As a For Sale By Owner Property you are responsible for the sale of your property including setting the initial price in the ad and negotiating with any potential buyers.  Our sole purpose is to provide a local advertising outlet for your property that will allow you to reach a broader base of potential buyers.
